Greetings, everyone. I will be posting information soon regarding the plight of the uninsured and the legal problems associated with purchasing prescription pharmaceuticals on line.
This new method of obtaining prescription drugs raises many novel legal issues for drug distributors, affiliates, advertisers and consumers. Given the substantial penalties associated with the illegal distribution of controlled substances, through investigation into these issues is warranted.
Health care, or healthcare, is the prevention, treatment, and management of illness and the preservation of mental and physical well being through the services offered by the medical, nursing, and allied health professions. Health care embraces all the goods and services designed to promote health, including “preventive, curative and palliative interventions, whether directed to individuals or to populations.
